Product Information

The Rexel PDM-3B is a specialist pneumatic press for upholstery work. It is ideal for workstations making large upholstered furniture using spring mattresses or upholstery foam panels. This equipment is custom-made to order based on your required dimensions.

    • Allows uniform compression of spring mattresses or foam panels to the desired thickness across the entire surface.
    • The pressing force is adjustable using a regulator mounted on the press body.
    • The pressing frame itself is also adjustable to suit your requirements.
    • Handy control panel on a movable arm.
    • Two pressure cylinders with adjustable height on the holes in the body.
    • One-person and two-person operating modes.
    • Can be supplied with or without a table for seamless integration into an assembly line.
