We understand that your equipment is a vital part of your business, and unfortunately in recent years skilled technicians have become much harder to find. Our team have a vast amount of knowledge covering diverse textile industries, whether you're manufacturing children's clothing or industrial fabric ducting, we've got you covered. There aren't many problems we haven't dealt with before, so we can be your first port of call when it comes to repairs!

Our highly-skilled and experienced technicians are always on hand to help our customers, either over the phone, at our fully fitted workshop, or on your factory premises. Phone consultations and Facetime repairs are free of charge to customers who have purchased their equipment from us. For other rates, please see below. 

Industrial Sewing Machine Repair/Service Price Guide (correct as of 01/10/2022, all prices are + VAT and exclude parts)

We are able to repair machinery at your factory and we charge by the hour for the travelling time from leaving our Wrexham head office to getting back (return journey). We must also receive a copy of your public liability insurance prior to arrival so we can log it against your customer file. 

Please note: In the event of a repair which may be covered under warranty, travelling time IS NOT covered & must be paid at the above rates.
