Cancellation Policy
Once the Buyer has accepted the Seller’s offer, cancellations are permitted only under specific conditions and must receive written consent from the Seller.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order processing. If the request is approved, the Buyer may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee of up to 25% of the original selling price if the items have already been dispatched.
- Custom and Bespoke Orders: Cancellations are not permitted for goods that are custom-made, bespoke, or specially ordered for the Buyer, and no refund will be issued for these items under any circumstances.
- Exceptions: Orders cannot be cancelled due to equipment, manufacturing, or freight/transport delays. Delivery delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
