Warranty & Product Policy

All new equipment purchased from the Seller includes a 12-month back-to-base warranty. Used equipment does not include a warranty unless specifically stated in writing by the Seller.

  • Coverage: The 12-month warranty covers repairs for defects in materials or workmanship, excluding consumable parts including but not limited to: 
    • Belts
    • Bobbins
    • Bobbin Cases
    • Feed Dogs
    • Guards
    • Hook and Bases
    • Knives
    • Loopers
    • Presser Feet
    • Screws
    • Springs


  • Process: To receive warranty service, the Buyer must return the equipment to the Seller's head office in Wrexham, North Wales, at their own expense. The Seller covers the repair cost but may charge for required parts. If the Buyer cannot return the equipment, travel time and mileage charges apply.

  • Third-Party Repairs: The warranty is void if any third-party engineer attempts to repair or inspect the equipment without the Seller’s prior consent.
