Product Information
The Rasor model FP702 is the best compromise between weight and power in professional pneumatic hand-held cutting tools.
The air motor is wholly made by Rasor. The new turbine has 5 blades that assure higher power and torque reaching 380W in 16.000 RPM. As the motor diameter is only 40mm, it is the smallest one in its range.
The rotor blades are made of patented VANESTAR® material that minimises weight and friction. The new coupling gear in bronze and steel reaches 1300 RPM to cut faster. On this new model the motor housing is PTFE coated to further reduce heating on the cutting assembly.
The FP702 can cut any kind of material at the flexible state up to maximum cutting thickness of 18mm. This model is therefore widely applied in textile, technical fabric and composite material fields. The high torque even allows it to cut rubber materials and plastics for carpet and flooring applications.
The base foot is steel made, strong and small, to allow easy and precise cutting of straight or curved sections. The push button sharpener allows the knife edge to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without disassembly.
The fixed rear knife protection case is transparent plastic made to have more visibility during the cutting operations.
