- Feed-off-the-arm double chainstitch machine (UY128GAS needle system)
- Designed to prevent uneven material feed. The differences in height between the feed dog and the sole of the presser foot can be appropriately specified and adjusted in accordance with the material thickness. Folders allow the material to be smoothly fed and the cloth puller (optional) has improved fulcrum so that it can run on the fabric and prevent uneven material feed
- Specialist feed dog design with an increased number of teeth to easily catch overlapping material. The shape of the presser foot has been modified to prevent single-sided contact with the overlapped part. This contributes to smoother feeding of heavy-weight materials
- Consistent thread loops produced by the machine clamping the bobbin thread
- Feed mechanism developed to decrease the feed amount when the needle enters the material, thus preventing the needle from bending
