Controlled Feeding for Elastic & Flexible Materials

When elastic or flexible materials are pulled directly into an automatic cutting machine, tension can cause the material to stretch before it reaches the cutting point. Once cut, the material relaxes and the finished component may therefore be shorter than the programmed cutting length.

The JEMA JM-300S helps overcome this problem by actively supplying the material to the machine, allowing it to enter the cutting process with significantly less tension.

This makes the feeder particularly useful for applications requiring consistent cut lengths from elastic and other stretchable materials.

Helps Prevent Tangling & Twisting
