Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Global 3900 series are a range of single needle, direct drive lockstitch machines. They are supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Global 3900 DD and 3900 AUT are suitable for general sewing of light weight materials, both the 3900 LH DD and the 3900 LH AUT are more suitable for medium weight materials due to their large hooks. All models are durable with automatic lubrication, direct-drive motors and a bobbin winder built into the machine head. They have simple control buttons so settings can be changed easily. Both AUT models have additional automatic features, with thread trimming and automatic back tack.
