Product Information

The next-generation of conveyorised sewing machine from Advance Sewing Automation is here. Using the brand new Juki LH-4578C digital twin-needle lockstitch machine, the capabilities of taking your sewing operation to the next step just levelled up. This conveyor is perfect for giving the highest quality finishes to fabric and PVC textiles, ensuring flat-seams are achieved for applications such as attaching keder/SEG, hemming banners/flags and Velcro attaching.

The new ASA-VType/310C conveyor features a brand-new blue silicone conveyor belt for consistent transportation of the fabric as it's been sewn. Coupled with the new digital interface, the integrated HMI touch-screen panel is easy-to-use and allows for quick changing of settings with the ability to save presets for different applications. Having the ability to electronically adjust tensions, digital presser foot, foot pressure and stitch size results in stabilized seam quality. Aswell as this, the conveyor keeps the automated keder cutter function to give you perfect mitred corners without interrupting production or productivity.
