We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Advance Enterprises (Automation) Ltd T/A AE Sewing Machine has an anti-slavery policy in place and it reflects our promise to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not occurring anywhere in our supply chains.
Our supply chain and supplier adherence to these values has been established over some years and has been built upon mutually beneficial factors. We have close and personal links and direct contact with the owners and directors of the businesses we work with, reflecting the fact that we partner with small and medium-sized operations.
Whenever we appoint new contractors or suppliers within our business, we pre-qualify them through a due diligence process to ensure that their business does not go against our policy. We look at company performance and also request references from other customers to establish that they are suitable.

Advance Enterprises (Automation) Ltd T/A AE Sewing Machines have strict systems in place to cover the following information:
- Identify and assess potential risks when considering new suppliers.
- Regular reviews with our existing supply chains and suppliers.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistleblowers.
To date, we have not been made aware of any human trafficking or slavery activities within our supply chain or with our suppliers. However, if such information were highlighted to us, we would act immediately in accordance with our legal and moral obligations.
