Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Global CH 5000 series consists of various high speed chainstitch machines. Your chosen machine will be supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Global CH 5000 series of chainstitch machines are suitable for working with light to medium weight fabrics for various applications. They all feature a fully automatic lubrication system to save the operator time and effort. In addition to this, they have simple controls and are reliable and easy to use. The different subclasses each have unique features which are outlined below. Global CH 5000 Series Subclass Options

CH 5001 - high speed single needle 2 thread chainstitch sewing machine with automatic lubrication and stitch shortening lever mechanism. It has a maximum sewing speed of 4,500spm.
CH 5001 P - same as above, but with a puller and a maximum sewing speed of 3,500spm.
CH 5002 - high speed double needle 4 thread chainstitch sewing machine with automatic lubrication and stitch shortening lever mechanism. Uses standard needle gauge 4.8 or 6.4mm. It has a maximum sewing speed of 4,000spm.
CH 5002 P - same as above, but with a puller and a maximum sewing speed of 3,000spm.
CH 5003 - high speed three needle 6 thread chainstitch sewing machine with automatic lubrication and stitch shortening lever mechanism. The distance between the needles is 3.2mm. It has a maximum sewing speed of 4,000spm.
CH 5003 P - same as above, but with a puller and a maximum sewing speed of 3,000spm.
