The Advance ASA-VType/310C digital conveyor is modern, industry 4.0 ready, and represents the next generation of conveyorised sewing machines. Designed with a focus on deskilling, versatility, and productivity, it is the ultimate automated sewing solution for producers of wide-format printing and display graphics. The ASA-VType/310C is widely used by customers across the UK and Ireland, Europe, and the USA, and is suitable for:
- Keder/SEG attaching for high-quality sewing of silicone edging, including precise trimming for mitred corners (single-needle operation)
- Large area sewing to hem flags, PVC and banners (with a hemming folder)
- Velcro attaching (two-needle operation)
- HERAS Fencing Banners (tape-attaching)

Advance ASA-VType/310C Features

- Integrated Juki LH-4578C digital twin-needle lockstitch machine head
- Blue silicone conveyor belt for consistent, synchronised fabric transportation (reverse and forward)
- Digital HMI touch screen interface allows settings to be changed quickly and easily, or saved for future use
- 5/8" (15.8mm) needle gauge/pitch as standard (other options available)
- New integrated keder/SEG cutter which trims quickly and safely to product perfectly mitred corners
- Easy-to-use - no sewing experience is necessary, and our team will provide machine training on installation
- Stitch size to belt speed synchronisation
- Driven rollers (front and rear) to aid fabric transportation
- Automatic fun with pause facility, console or pedal operated
- Fabric detection sensor for perfect seams every time
- Automatic features including thread trimmer, auto foot lift, and auto backtack
- Integrated automatic keder slack feed device
- Velcro tape feeder provided as standard
- Storage shelf below the conveyor
