Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Juki MF-7523-C11 is a high-speed, differential feed top and bottom coverstitch machine. It is supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Juki MF-7523-C11 is designed to produce high-quality seams when attaching collarette binding onto items such as underwear, briefs, and knitwear. It is equipped with many different mechanisms to ensure seam quality, including the new feed mechanism, and the differential-feed micro-adjustment mechanism. This is particularly tailored towards ensuring that elasticated materials don’t slip, warp, or become damaged whilst sewing. There are different subclasses within this model, a 2 needle and a 3 needle version.   • Specially designed for attaching collarette binding to items such as knitwear and briefs
  • Built with an electromagnetic type tape cutter for optimum ease of use
  • Automatic lubrication system with dry-head technology to prevent oil staining
  • Looper thread twining prevention mechanism for improved maintenance
  • Feed longitudinal position adjustment mechanism to improve responsiveness and reduce uneven feeding when using elasticated materials
  • Micro-lifter mechanism to allow elastic or delicate material to be sewn with the presser foot slightly raised
