Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

The Mitsubishi PLK-J is reborn as the Juki PLK-J10050R3/PLK-J12060R3 Programmable Pattern Sewing Machine which has been created to improve usability. The digital tension function optimizes thread tightness in all stitching directions. Independent presser foot motion prevents the fabric from lifting up. Thanks to that needle is stable and stitch skipping is reduced. Easy operation and maintenance guarantee colour LCD touch panel with USB port and ergonomic design.

Product Overview

The PLK-J10050R3/PLK-J12060R3 selects the optimum tension according to the stitching pattern. The fabric pressing time and timing can be adjusted digitally for high-quality stitches. Mixing between intermittent and continuous system motion reduces vibration and noise to optimize the sewing. E-stitch guarantees perfect thread maintenance at start-up and the Modular concept (4 different hooks) are available for the highest flexibility and to meet all your specific needs: Shuttle / Rotary / Rotary x3 / Rotary Heavy. The machine is equipped with the "Poka-yoke" which prevents human error, the materials thickness confirmation function, and the seam error detection function.
