Initial Proposal

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide creative solutions to our customer’s problems. Customers can approach us with any textile manufacturing-related issue and we will conduct research, come up with a solution and write up a proposal for some bespoke equipment.

Sales Process

If a proposal is accepted by a customer, we then progress to the sales process. If our customers are unable to pay their balance upfront, we can offer a range of financial solutions to spread the cost of the bespoke equipment.


We are able to install any piece of bespoke equipment at our customers’ premises and we can offer full training on how to use the equipment correctly. If a customer is interested in installation and training, we will include a quote on the additional cost within the proposal.

After Sales

If our customers experience any issues with their machines that require a technician, we can send a member of our team to rectify the situation. While our service charges apply here, we offer a level of after-care that other companies in our industry do not.

Technical Support

As well as sending technicians to repair and service machinery, we can also provide technical support by phone or email. Our friendly members of staff are on-hand to deal with any queries that our customers may have.

Spare Parts

We supply a vast range of spare parts for all of the machines that we are able to supply. Most of these parts are available to order directly from our website. If our customers can’t find what they’re looking for on our website, they can call or email or office and a member of our team will offer assistance.
