At AE Sewing Machines, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver top-quality bespoke machinery that suits our customers' specific needs. Whether the solution is simple, or more complex like our automated equipment, we relish the task of modifying machinery for our customers.
Bespoke solutions for almost any application
Over the years, we have developed a large number of bespoke machines for our customers to perform a wide variety of applications. From a modified coverstitch machine for attaching elastic to swimwear/dancewear to a large-scale automated sewing machine for Roman blinds, no job is too big or too small for us. The idea behind each bespoke machine that we put together is to increase productivity and, in turn, help our customers to boost their profits.
We are always looking for ways to innovate our machinery. For example, we are constantly working to improve the quality of our automated equipment such as our conveyorised machines. These machines are developed to sew products like curtains, flags, banners and silicone edge graphics (SEG). However, this isn't the full extent of what we do in terms of bespoke machinery. We also do things on a much smaller scale, taking fairly standard machines and adapting them to suit our customers' needs. Recently, we customised a Juki LU-2810AS walking foot machine with a synchronised binding attachment for sewing webbing onto PVC. If you're reading this and you're interested in learning how we can help you with a customised sewing solution, please feel free to get in touch with us - we'd love to hear from you!
How would I go about acquiring bespoke equipment?
To start with, we would ask you to either send us some fabric samples and possibly some examples of what you would like to achieve. Additionally, we may recommend booking an appointment to visit us (or for us to visit you) in order to discuss your needs. Our team will assess your application and put together a proposal of which machine they would recommend along with the modifications that would be made to it. If the proposal is accepted and the order is placed, the machine would then go into our build schedule and be delivered as soon as it is complete.
